Before you begin

To make setup fast, have these ready. Setup usually takes about 10 minutes.

  • Organisation logo (200 × 200 px)

    Used on your dashboard and in student-facing messages so everything looks on-brand.

  • Work email for verification

    We'll send a quick verification code to confirm your organisation and keep your account secure.

  • CRM access or API key

    You'll connect your CRM (for example HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Salesforce). This lets StudentIgnite read new leads and update their status automatically.

  • Course data (URLs, CSV, or brochure)

    We use your live course webpages as the source of truth, and can also read from CSVs or brochures to pre-fill key details.

  • Calendar link (optional)

    If you already use an online booking tool, bring your scheduling link. If not, we can help you create one during setup.

  • SMS provider details (optional)

    If you use your own SMS gateway (for example MessageMedia, Twilio, or Sinch), have your API key and sender name ready. If not, you can use StudentIgnite's default SMS service.

  • Payment card

    Needed to activate your plan once setup is complete.
